The stencil printing process is the most important stage of surface mount technology (SMT) assembly production. As most defects in electronics assembly can be attributed to solder paste printing errors, it is critical that solder paste is applied accurately to the PCB. For customers requiring high print quality and user-friendly operation, the YCP10 is suitable for low-volume operation with a cycle time of 13.5 sec/PCB. With a large PCB frame size, a variety of stencil frames and original 3S Head (Swing Blade Single Squeegee) as standard, this compact unit provides ideal printing conditions for any production line.
With fully autonomous change over technology and print stability control (PSC), the YSP10 is a premium model suitable for high-volume production where machine downtime can be critical. Optional automatic stencil replacement, solder transfer and pin exchange make this printer fully autonomous, with the fast cycle time of 10 sec/PCB, thereby increasing operating efficiency by 30%.
Intelligent multi-functionality enables super high-speed printing at 5 sec/PCB, making the YSP20 the ideal option for high-volume production lines. The dual-stage and dual-stencil printing process can support large PCB sizes and components of all shapes and sizes up to 45mm. The visual matching function eliminates operator skill for fine adjustment of print parameters for high accuracy printing.
