The Yamaha YRP10 premium PCB stencil printer achieves high-speed, high-precision solder printing, advanced fully automated setup changeovers, and supports dual-lane production.
The new generation YR series with excellent rigidity, a new 3S single squeegee head and stencil vacuum mechanism enables improvements in high-precision printing with greater reductions in set-up time and solder paste waste.
Additionally, automatic set-up changeovers, such as automatic pin push-ups, stencil replacements, solder transfers, and automatic solder supply (all optional), reduce labour requirements and human errors in line with long-term non-stop production and the Intelligent Factory System.
With the completely independent dual-lane specification, the YRP10 has the flexibility to support a wide range of PCB sizes increasing efficiency and responding to increasingly diverse products and production formats.

The YRP10 achieves a core printing tact (cycle) of 6 seconds under Yamaha Motor’s optimal conditions (this includes substrate transfer time but excludes the printing duration).
It offers high-precision printing with a repeated alignment accuracy of ±0.08 mm (6σ, Cp ≥ 2.0), and a printing accuracy of ±0.016 mm under 6σ conditions.
For single-lane configuration, the YRP10 handles PCBs from 50 × 50 mm up to 50 × 510 mm. With optional dual-lane setup, capacity increases for handling wider or more boards concurrently.
It supports a wide range of stencil frame sizes, including: 750 × 750 mm; 736 × 736 mm; 750 × 650 mm; 650 × 550 mm; 700 × 550 mm; 550 × 650 mm; and 584 × 584 mm.
The machine runs on single-phase AC 200-230V ±20V and requires an air supply of 0.4 MPa or above.
