Please note that an inspection fee of $90 will apply if the product is not repaired; the inspection fee is waived if goods are repaired.
Yes, there are freight charges, but these will also be applied when we return the goods back to you.

All warranty items need to be assessed by our Hawker Richardson Service team before warranty is given.

Spare parts for printers include: Squeegee blades, Conveyor belts, Stencil cleaning paper

This can range from 1 week to 4-6 weeks depending on the lead time of the spare parts.
This range will be between $100 to $2-3K depending on the issue with the tool and what parts are required. However, we will contact you with a price before we order the parts to gain approval.
