Yamaha YSP20 Stencil Printer

Under optimal conditions, the YSP20 achieves a print line tact of approximately 5 seconds per cycle.

It supports PCBs ranging from 50 × 50 mm up to 510 × 460 mm.

The YSP20 provides printing accuracy of ±0.025 mm (3σ) and positioning repeatability of ±0.005 mm (3σ).

Compatible stencil sizes include: 750 × 750 mm, 736 × 736 mm, 750 × 650 mm, and 650 × 550 mm.

It requires a 3-phase AC power supply (200/208/220/240/380/400/416 V ±10%) and a clean air supply at 0.45 MPa.

External dimensions are approximately 1,779 mm (length) × 2,410 mm (width) × 1,520 mm (height) (excluding projections), and its weight is about 2,900 kg.

It includes dual-stage and dual-stencil printing for continuous flow, “non-stop setup” functions, and sequential printing, which reduce downtime and enable faster throughput.

Even for large boards up to its maximum size (510 × 460 mm), it maintains its 5-second cycle capability under optimal conditions, provided set-ups are well done. Its dual-stage design helps manage board flow and maintain speed.
