Yamaha YRM-D High-Speed Dispenser

The YRM-D achieves a dispensing speed of 0.07 seconds per shot under optimised conditions. This assumes proper setup of fluid parameters, nozzle type, and stable operating environment.

It offers dispensing accuracy of ± 0.05 mm, with a process capability index (Cpk) ≥ 1.0, ensuring consistent dot placement and minimal variability.

The machine supports PCBs from 50 × 50 mm to 510 × 460 mm. This allows flexibility for small boards up to fairly large PCBs.

• Power: 3-Phase AC with voltage options of 200/208/220/240/380/400/416V ±10%, 50/60 Hz.
• Air: Requires clean, dry air at a pressure over 4.45 MPa.

It uses laser-based height measurement to detect PCB surface warpage, combined with local fiducial correction. This ensures dispensing remains accurate even on large, warped, or low-precision boards.

The YRM-D supports syringe sizes from 5 cc to 30 cc using a universal syringe adapter. The nozzles are direct-mount, which simplifies cleaning and reduces downtime for nozzle changes.
