TWS SR2700 Semi Automatic Screen Printer

The SR-2700 offers a maximum printing area of 480 × 420 mm, and accepts stencil frame sizes up to 675 × 585 mm.

It uses a magnetic work table with board supports and rails, plus an optional vacuum hold-down system to keep the PCB firmly in place. Alignment is assisted via twin cameras and manual X, Y, Theta adjustment.

It has motorised (electro-actuated), independent, self-levelling squeegees with programmable pressure; snap-off / separation speed is adjustable; table height and front-to-back squeegee movement are programmable via a touchscreen.

The printer supports manual/pin support and vacuum clamping, magnetic clamps for frame, and the support table drops down during stencil snap-off to avoid paste smudging.

Dimensions are around 880 × 900 × 500 mm (L × W × H), and the unit weighs approximately 100-105 kg. It’s a compact design relative to full automatic stencil printers.

It typically requires compressed air (around 6 bar) and a supply of ~30 L/min; power consumption is about 150 W. Operational control is via a touchscreen for setting print parameters.

Settings are programmable and memorisable via a touch screen interface; multiple print programs / parameters can be saved and recalled. Dual cameras help with easier alignment.

Ideal for small to medium volume production, high mix boards, fine-pitch printing where manual intervention is acceptable. Limitation: throughput is lower than fully automatic/stencil printers; operator skill in setup and alignment has more impact.
