The standard Seho SelectLine supports boards or carriers up to 500 × 500 mm (≈ 19.68″ × 19.68″).
It supports both mini-wave and multi-wave soldering processes. It also offers Twin-Select configuration (two soldering units per module) as an option.
The system offers multiple soldering nozzles (multi-nozzle tools), with options for quickly exchangeable multi-wave tools. It also includes features for fast changeover and easy maintenance, thanks to good accessibility of the soldering area.
The patented SYNCHRO concept is SelectLine’s software/hardware mode for intelligent job sharing, allowing parallel execution of soldering tasks. It significantly reduces cycle time in many processes by aligning and overlapping operations where possible.
A micro drop-jet fluxer is standard. Flux types include alcohol-based or water-based. It has automatic level control for the solder, and optional flux quantity monitoring.
Yes. Nitrogen operation is standard. The recommended nitrogen quality is 5.0, with pressure in the range of 6-8 bar. Nitrogen consumption is approximately 1.5 – 2.0 m³/h per soldering unit.
