SEHO StartSelective Selective Solder Machine

Ideal for those just entering automated soldering, the StartSelect is the perfect plug-and-produce selective soldering system. With a footprint of only 2.5 m2, the StartSelective provides maximum quality and reproducibility of soldering results for assemblies up to 20″ x 20″ and an outstanding return on investment. While all process steps are fully automated and monitored, loading and unloading of assemblies is done manually.

• High precision stand-alone selective soldering system for assemblies up to 508 x 508 mm (20″ x 20″)
• Minimum floor space requirements: operation from front side, all set-up and maintenance from right side
• Precise micro drop jet fluxer with automatic function control
• Innovative bottom-side pulsar preheaters, activated in groups of two

SEHO SelectLine Selective Solder

The SelectLine delivers high precision and solder joint quality as well as a high degree of flexibility. Flexibility within the soldering area is achieved by utilising many wave soldering nozzles, with quickly exchangeable multi-nozzle tools from multi-wave processes to give your production processes a boost.

SEHO GoWave Wave Soldering System

GoWave presents the finest soldering technology in its class due to its advanced fluxer module, efficient preheater, innovative soldering area and microprocessor control. Ideal for small production volumes, the SEHO GoWave is suited for a variety of applications ranging from entry level mass soldering to soldering in small or medium sized batches.

• Innovative nozzle designs and local nitrogen inertion
• Spray fluxer with HVLP technology ensures clear spray pattern with reduced flux consumption
• Preheat area with IR covered with ceramic glass, and reflection tunnel for optimum energy gains

SEHO PowerWave Soldering System

SEHO PowerWave soldering system offers remarkable performance at low investment costs. The PowerWave is designed for medium to large production volumes and is ideally suitable for both lead-containing as well as lead-free processes. The modular construction of SEHO PowerWave offers the ideal concept for all production requirements and allows the machine to be integrated into existing, fully automated lines.

Two basic versions available:
PowerWave 3.0 with four preheat zones and 1200 mm preheat length [47.2″]
PowerWave 4.0 with six preheat zones and 1800 mm preheat length [70.8″]
