Saki AOI Machine

It can inspect very small components including 01005, 0201, 0402 and also more complex packages such as BGAs, LGAs, CSPs, PoPs, and QFNs.

For single-lane mode, it supports PCBs starting at 50×60 mm up to around 500×510 mm (depending on camera head). It provides top clearance of ~40 mm and bottom clearance of ~50-60 mm.

Power: Single-phase 200-240V ±10 %, 50/60 Hz. Air requirement: about 0.5 MPa at ~5 L/min (ANR).

The machine has external dimensions of approximately 1040 × 1440 × 1500 mm (width × depth × height) in its Single Lane version. It weighs roughly 900 kg.

It uses a CoaXPress camera system and high-resolution linear scales for accurate positioning. These features, combined with self-diagnostic functions, help ensure fast, precise inspection even for very small component sizes.

Dual Lane (or Dual Mode) refers to the machine having two inspection paths so that multiple PCBs can be processed more efficiently. This allows larger or more boards to be inspected with less downtime between boards.

The SAKI AOI includes self-diagnostic functions which help with predictive maintenance, ensuring reliability and helping reduce unplanned downtime.

It is especially well suited for high-mix, low-volume production where a wide variety of component types (fine pitch, BGAs, etc.) need reliable inspection, or for operations requiring high accuracy for small parts and precision inspection.
