Perfectly suited for use in small production environments, the compact Essemtec Fox Surface Mounter offers the benefit of a smaller footprint while accommodating large PCB’s up to 406mm x 305mm. Ideal for high-mix production, the innovative Essemtec Fox can drive up to 180 feeders.
The Essemtec Fox can be fitted with a dispense valve for SMD glue or solder paste for hassle-free manufacturing of 2.5D assemblies. The large number of feeders allow many different components to be immediately available for production. Fast and intutive teach-in of components and import of CAD data is made possible using the proven and well thought out ePlace software. Linear motors and a mineral cast frame combine to make the FOX a sturdy, durable and low maintenance surface mounter.
