TWS Quadra DVC EVO Series

The Quadra DVC EVO delivers up to 4,500 CPH with standard setup. Throughput may vary with component mix, board size, and use of dispensing.

It supports components from 0201 mm up to 40 × 40 mm, with a maximum component height of 13 mm.

The system can support up to 120 × 8 mm feeders, with optional tape, stick, tray feeders, through-hole LEDs, and metal domes. Feeder blocks are modular and located around the machine, which helps reduce changeover downtime.

Standard placement area is 440 × 360 mm, with options to extend up to 550 × 420 mm for larger boards.
