IBL launches the new CCS100 fully automated high-performance inline vapor phase soldering oven. The multiple-carrier system produces high-quality results at medium to high volume throughput and is designed for 24/7 operation.
With the newly developed patented Vapor Energy Control (VEC), the CCS100 sets a new benchmark in vapor phase technology. A very flexible and responsive control system enables any type of profile to be set and repeated. A unique feature is that the vapor tank moves up/down without the PCBs moving in the vapor, thereby eliminating any chance of parts shifting.
In addition to ensuring low operating costs and the highest possible uptimes, efficiency is also optimised when converting electricity to thermal energy. The CCS100 also offers Pilot Mode for PCB-temperature-controlled profiling, highly efficient fluid recovery systems and cool handling technology for low wear and tear.
The integrated industrial PC and HMI touchscreen display allow for comfortable operation with networking capability and permanent data collection. The optional IPC-Hermes interface grants traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
