Packed with the technology of the YRM series’ high-end systems the YRM10 is the “just right” compact pick and place machine offering a combination of high-speed performance and versatility with cost-effectiveness.
Features a multi-purpose inline head and supports a wide range of components from super miniature chips to large 100 x 55 mm components without head replacement. The YRM10 achieves a mounting speed of 52,000 CPH (under optimised conditions), making it the world’s fastest in the 1-Beam/1-Head class. It provides high mounting accuracy of ±35 μm (Cpk ≧ 1.0), allowing for precise placement of components.
For businesses looking to gain competitive advantage, this pick and place machine achieves high-quality defect-free production in an economical price range.

The YRM10 delivers up to 52,000 placements per hour (PCH/CPH) under optimised conditions.
It supports very small components down to 0201 mm, up to large components of 100 × 55 mm, with a height limit of 15 mm or less, all with its multi-purpose in-line head.
Standard compatible PCB sizes range from 50 × 50 mm up to 510 × 460 mm. There is an option/support for PCB length up to 950 mm if required.
The YRM10 offers high mounting accuracy of ±0.035 mm (Cpk ≥ 1.0) under the machine’s optimised conditions.
It supports up to 96 reel component types (using 8 mm tape feeder conversion) and 15 tray component types when equipped with the sTATS15R option.
The YRM10 requires a 3-phase AC power supply (200/208/220/240/380/400/416 V ±10%, 50/60 Hz). Air supply must be above 0.45 MPa, in a clean and dry state.
Its external dimensions are approximately 1254 × 1440 × 1445 mm (L × W × H), and the main unit weight is about 1,230 kg.
By offering high speed (52,000 CPH), good accuracy (±0.035 mm), broad component compatibility (0201 to 100×55 mm), and integral smart features (component-recognition camera, optional side-view coplanarity checking, auto-nozzle replacement) — the YRM10 provides high throughput and quality while limiting overheads of head changes or complex setups.
