The 1320 EVO convection oven is a full forced air convection oven complementing the whole range of our reflow systems. It is a four zones oven capable of soldering boards up to 400mm in width. A great variety of thermal profiles can be obtained (to fulfil even the most complex demands) due to their four heating zones and the digital adjustment of the conveyor speed.
Air temperature is controlled by a microprocessor through K-type thermocouples placed in each zone, that keeps the temperature between tight limits. The cooling zone is optimised to lower the temperature to the required level without causing unwanted thermal shocks either to soldering joints or to components.

The oven supports PCBs up to 400 mm wide.
It has 4 heating zones + 1 cooling zone. The cooling zone is optimised to lower temperature without causing thermal shock to components or solder joints.
Conveyor speed is digitally adjustable from 100 mm/min up to 500 mm/min. This allows fine-tuning of thermal profiles across preheat, soak, reflow and cooling stages.
It can handle component heights up to 28 mm, and the peak temperature in zone 4 is 350 °C. Zones 1-3 have maximum temperatures of 300 °C.
Average power consumption is about 4 kW, with a maximum draw up to 12 kW. It can be supplied with 230 VAC or 400 VAC.
Each heating zone is regulated via a microprocessor using K-type thermocouples to maintain tight temperature control. The maximum temperature difference between zones is 110 °C.
The cooling zone is designed to ease the cooling curve so that components are not subjected to sudden drops in temperature, which helps protect solder joints and sensitive parts.
The dimensions are 3000 × 830 × 500 mm (Length × Width × Height), and it weighs approximately 290 kg.
