The EVO Cam AURA is designed for detailed inspection, measurement and documentation in production, quality control and laboratory environments. Applications include electronics and PCB inspection, aerospace and defence manufacturing, medical devices, automotive and precision engineering, as well as rework, repair and failure analysis.
The EVO Cam AURA 4K Touch provides 4K imaging with touchscreen control, while the EVO Cam AURA 4K provides 4K imaging with front-button keypad control. The EVO Cam AURA HD uses front-button keypad control and provides 1080p imaging at 60 fps for responsive live inspection, assembly and rework.
The EVO Cam AURA 4K models provide 3840 × 2160 resolution at 30 fps, allowing fine details on components, assemblies and manufactured parts to be inspected clearly. The EVO Cam AURA HD provides 1920 × 1080 Full HD resolution at 60 fps.
Yes. Electronics and PCB inspection are among the applications listed for the EVO Cam AURA. Its high-resolution imaging, optical zoom, configurable illumination, focus stacking and measurement tools support inspection from an overall component view through to fine-detail examination.
The EVO Cam AURA can save up to 10 configurable presets for recurring inspection tasks. Operators can compare live images with golden samples, create custom go/no-go overlays and use Supervisor Mode to lock critical settings, helping standardise inspection across operators, shifts and sites.
Yes. Users can add measurements, annotations, scale bars and timestamps to captured images and create calibrated measurements across different magnifications. Images can also be saved with inspection information and metadata, with results exported in PNG, JPEG or PDF formats.
The EVO Cam AURA supports configurable illumination, including white and UV lighting options for different materials and inspection requirements. It can also automatically recognise lenses and lighting to help maintain consistent inspection settings.
Secure variants are available across all three EVO Cam AURA models for restricted areas where wireless connectivity, Bluetooth or internal storage is not permitted. This makes the system suitable for inspection environments where tighter control over connectivity and data storage is required.
