The Kolver K series is a totally new class of torque analysers. Controlling torque is vital for companies to ensure their product’s quality. The main use is for setting or verifying the torque on assembly screwdrivers.
Fasteners that are insufficiently torqued can vibrate loose and excessive torque can strip threaded fasteners. Using a quality torque tester has become increasingly important for most companies to ensure that proper torque is being applied.
MINI K/S Series Torque Testers feature a built-in transducer. These easy-to-use torque testers are ideal for checking up to 20 Nm power tools. The small size and portability of MINI K/S make them suitable for checking or verifying torque on assembly screwdrivers on the production floor regularly to ensure the tools are always calibrated.
These Kolver Mini K/S Series units are simple and are ideal for checking up to 20 Nm power tools.
Mini K1/S has a torque range of 0.05 – 1.0 Nm used for ultra-low torques used for setting screwdrivers in micro-assembly typically for screws M3 or smaller.
Mini K5/S has a torque range of 0.3 – 5.0 Nm typically used for setting screwdrivers in the electronics industry for screws M4 and smaller.
The Mini K20/S has a torque range of 0.5 – 20.0 Nm which is a large torque range and is a great tester for electronics and general manufacturing for screw M6 and smaller.
