Iemme Lzero 3200 Series SMT Reel Solution

The LZERO 3200 is designed for 7-inch diameter reels with reel width / thickness options of 8 mm, 12 mm, 16 mm, and 24 mm.

It can store up to 3,221 reels of 8 mm width, which is about 60% more reel capacity compared to the earlier LZERO3 model.

The standard dimensions are approximately 2,770 mm × 2,452 mm × 2,306 mm (without extension).

Yes. The system records internal and external air humidity and temperature. It has humidity control to help maintain relative humidity (RH) below 5% in certain use cases, useful for moisture sensitive components.

The LZERO 3200 integrates with ERP / MES systems and supports traceability for reels / trays. It captures data for production planning and usage, minimizing operating errors.

There are “Basic” and “Extension” storage configurations. Depending on configuration, reel counts will vary: for example, in the Basic configuration one capacity set; adding the Extension increases reel storage significantly. Reel thicknesses of 8, 12, 16, and 24 mm are supported.

The internal rotation system (5 columns) allows more efficient use of space, helping to achieve the higher reel capacity. It also aids in better access to reels and quicker retrieval.
