BTM patented “THIN” air powered toggle presses produce high forces using 80 psi (5.5 bars) air pressure! The fast, low cost assembly solution for clinching, piercing, riveting, stamping and bending.
How Does It Work?
The Air Toggle Press supplies compressed air to a pneumatic cylinder and a unique, pivoting, rectangular, piston drives non-rotating ram through a force-multiplying toggle linkage.
The press performs high-force operations such as forming, cutting, or assembling parts. After the operation, reversing the air supply retracts the piston, disengaging the toggle mechanism and resetting the press for the next cycle.

Air Powered Toggle Presses can perform all the typical operations of other presses, but within a smaller space and using only a small amount of air. Presses can be quickly tooled and easily mounted in any position.
Bench, floor and tooling models can be equipped with dies set tooling to accommodate a multiple of applications.
Available in 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 and 40 ton presses.
