This innovative 3D full high definition (3D FHD) glasses-free viewer is the next generation in geospatial imaging and related photogrammetry sectors.
Designed for geographic information system (GIS) professionals CONTOUR utilizes new, patented TriTeQ³ digital technology to optimise image quality and deliver bright consistent clarity and enhanced ‘user-centric’ ergonomics. Compared with NVIDIA 3D Vision and Pluraview the key advantages of CONTOUR are minimal crosstalk, ghosting and no flickering. Communication with other CONTOUR workstations makes collaboration with third party colleagues and specialist analysts possible world-wide.
CLEAR – EASY – COMFORTABLE – COLLABORATIVE
GIS system
The GIS system incorporates software that combines the power of a map with spatial location data enabling users to visualise, manage, manipulate, and analyse data. The software performs geo-processing of aerial, UAV, Lidar/point, and satellite imagery to create a stereo model with the ability to align images on specific features and create elevations and 3D scenes.
With GIS, users can see data visually to answer questions and solve problems more effectively than with raw data alone.
Image quality
With the efficient use of stereoscopic visualisation, CONTOUR offers true stereo, high brightness, high resolution, no flickering, or ghosting.
Ergonomic design for comfort and efficiency
CONTOUR is designed for operator comfort with GIS professionals in mind who work intensively for long periods of time analysing data. Peripheral vision and ambient awareness are preserved, making adjacent 2D screen mapping possible with reduced eye fatigue.

Contour delivers stereoscopic 3D full high definition (3D FHD) images without the need for special glasses. It uses dual independent optical channels (left & right) projected to the eyes via a precision mirror system. Patented TriTeQ³ technology ensures minimal crosstalk, ghosting, and flickering for a more natural, comfortable 3D experience.
The display provides a resolution of 1920 × 1080 per channel (i.e. full HD for each eye) with sharp, edge-to-edge clarity. The image size on the concave mirror is about 400 × 225 mm in a 16:9 aspect ratio. The optics are factory aligned so the user sees high image fidelity across the field immediately.
Contour supports a wide array of GIS / photogrammetry / mapping tools, including side-by-side or quad-buffered stereo applications. Some named compatible packages include Agisoft Metashape, ESRI: ArcGIS Pro Image Analyst, Bentley ContextCapture, DAT/EM Systems products like Summit Evolution, among others. If your software supports stereo or 3D output (OpenGL / DirectX stereo), Contour can display it.
Several design features support operator comfort: the screen is height adjustable (via stand options) with ~150 mm vertical travel; the viewing angle is ergonomically optimised; ambient awareness is preserved (you can see surroundings, colleagues, adjacent monitors). The glasses-free display and minimized visual artifacts (flicker, ghosting) reduce eye strain in long analysis sessions.
Setup is designed to be simple. The optics are factory aligned so no in-use image alignment (stereo alignment, eye channel calibration) is needed. Unpacking and basic installation take minimal time. Maintenance is low since the system has modular, maintenance-free display head.
Contour is ideal where geospatial professionals need to interpret stereo data (UAV / LiDAR / satellite imagery / photogrammetry) without wearing glasses, in high ambient light, or when moving between users. Advantages over dual screen setups or active shutter-glasses include: no need for calibration, no glasses to wear or replace, no flicker, better comfort, consistent image fidelity, easier collaboration.
