The vacuum conveyor from the Standard series of Nutek is designed to clean bare PCBs by removing dust, particles, glass fibre and other contaminants via static-eliminating vacuum suction. It features a user-friendly touchscreen interface, minimal maintenance requirements, and a compact footprint — plus a leadscrew-guided parallel width adjustment to suit different board sizes. Built in two size variants (M and L), it offers efficient, single-sided cleaning and is compatible with standard SMEMA line integration, making it well-suited for automated PCB production lines where cleanliness, precision, and space efficiency are key.

The Nutek Standard Vacuum Conveyor removes dust, particles, and glass-fibre debris from bare PCBs using a static-neutralizing vacuum system, helping ensure cleaner boards before downstream SMT processes.
By eliminating contaminants early in the production line, the conveyor reduces defects related to poor solder adhesion or trapped debris and supports higher-quality, more reliable assemblies.
Yes. It is designed with standard SMEMA electrical and mechanical interfaces, making it easy to integrate into most automated SMT or PCB handling lines without modification.
The conveyor comes in M and L models, both featuring leadscrew-driven parallel width adjustment, allowing operators to quickly adapt the machine to a wide range of PCB dimensions.
No. The system is designed for low maintenance with easily accessible filters and a robust vacuum structure, reducing downtime and daily upkeep.
Any application requiring high-cleanliness surfaces—such as fine-pitch SMT assembly, optical modules, telecommunications boards, medical electronics, and high-reliability industrial PCBs—benefits significantly from a vacuum cleaning step before solder paste or coating processes.
