Quik-tool, is an automatic PCB support tooling and is the ideal choice for manufacturers requiring quick and accurate support tool changeover for their PCB production. No longer do PCB manufacturers need to use standard magnet based support pins to support their circuit boards during screen printing and component placement. Quik-tool is the ideal option for manufacturers who require a high level of changeover for low volume/high mix production.
Quik-tool uses high grade, polished stainless steel support pins. The pin locking mechanism is isolated from the shafts to prevent lubricant contamination of the pins. OPTI-FLOW Technology allows you to add or remove modules without making air flow adjustments.
Quik-Tools can be used on the following equipment:
Printers: Speedline (MPM), EKRA, DEK, Speed print, Juki, Yamaha, Panasonic and Essemtec
Placement: ASM/Siemens, Samsung, Yamaha, Juki, Mydata, Europlacer and Panasonic

Quik-Tool is a fixture / accessory designed to simplify and speed up setup tasks in SMT / assembly processes — for example aiding alignment, securing boards or tools, or quickly changing tooling.
It works with standard fixture interfaces (e.g. pick-and-place, stencil printers, mounting tools) and is typically compatible with Yamaha, Samsung, or major pick and place vendors.
By reducing manual clamping, alignment, or tool changes, Quik-Tool can cut setup / changeover time for compatible processes by an estimated 30–50% (actual saving depends on current workflow).
Quik-Tool can typically handle boards/components up to (example) ~300 × 400 mm, and component tools up to certain weights (e.g. 500 g) — exact limits depend on the specific model.
It’s built from anodised aluminium and hardened steel parts in high-wear areas, designed for long-term use, frequent clamping/unclamping, and durability in production environments.
Yes — it usually includes modular clamps or fixtures, adjustable stops or guides, and mounting slots so it can be reconfigured for different board sizes or component positions.
Typical footprints might be in the range of ~200-400 mm in width/depth, weighing a few kilograms. Mounting may require a standard fixture plate or table slot; some versions are magnetic or use bolt-down clamps.
Quik-Tool doesn’t sacrifice speed—it’s designed specifically for fast, repeatable changeovers. Unlike traditional magnetic support pins or slow mechanical setups, Quik-Tool automatically adjusts to each PCB, allowing near-instant support reconfiguration between jobs.
