The Nutek Push-Up Stacker is a compact, SMEMA-compatible PCB stacker/unloader designed to restack bare or unpopulated PCBs at the end of a production line — often after processes such as laser marking or labelling. It features a “soft-touch” LED membrane control panel for easy operation, smooth and parallel width adjustment via leadscrew for various PCB sizes, and a small machine footprint for efficient floor-space usage. The unit is built for ergonomic unloading of boards, with reliable conveyor-based handling and automated stack formation. Typical machine dimensions are 500 × 905 × 1330 mm (L×W×H), with approximate weight 120 kg for the “M”-size and 140 kg for the “L”-size variant.

The Push-Up Stacker is used to restack bare or unpopulated PCBs at the end of a production line — typically after operations like laser marking or labelling. It receives PCBs from an upstream conveyor and lifts them onto a stack for collection.
For the standard models, the stacker handles PCB thicknesses from about 0.6 mm to 4 mm. Cycle time is typically ~5 to ~9 seconds per PCB, depending on model and configuration.
The standard-series Push-Up Stacker comes in versions with machine dimensions around 500 × 905 × 1330 mm (L×W×H). The M-size model weighs approximately 120 kg; larger variants (for wider PCBs or higher stack capacity) weigh more.
Yes — the Push-Up Stacker is SMEMA-compatible (meaning it can interface with standard SMT line conveyors), and it features smooth width adjustment (via leadscrew or optional motorised width adjustment) to accommodate different PCB widths.
The unit supports adjustable conveyor width to handle PCBs of various widths. Standard version uses manual leadscrew adjustment; in other configurations (or advanced series) automatic or motorised width adjustment may be available.
The Push-Up Stacker includes a “soft-touch” LED-membrane control panel (or touchscreen on some models), SMEMA interface, and typically a tower-light display for machine status. Some models support pre-warning for stack/full status and other automation options.
