PDR IR-E3 Simple / BGA/SMT Rework Station

The PDR IR-E3 is a focused infrared (IR) rework system designed for precise soldering, desoldering and component rework on surface-mount (SMT) and BGA printed circuit boards.

The station supports rework of a wide range of SMD/BGA components including QFN, LED, CSP and very small devices down to 01005 package sizes.
