The NTM1001 is designed to act as a controlled conveyor section with a “pusher” feature, to be used with the NTM0100 Automatic Loader/Unloader. It helps to precisely manage the flow of bare or assembled PCBs (especially downstream of ovens), allowing boards to be pushed into the next process or held as required.
It features hand-crank width adjustment to accommodate different PCB widths. Also includes laser-carved stainless steel side guides to ensure durable, precise board guidance and minimal wear.
There are two model sizes:
The “fixed point to front” is the distance from a fixed reference point (often where the conveyor interfaces with upstream equipment) to the front edge of the machine. For both NTM1001-M and NTM1001-L, this distance is 168 mm.
The machine includes a pneumatic pusher whose pressure is regulated. Its position is adjustable to match various board lengths. There’s also a pneumatic stopper at the inlet to manage flow of PCBs coming from upstream ovens.
It includes a user-friendly membrane control panel that lets operators interact with settings (such as pusher control, stops, etc.) easily.
Some key features: laser-carved stainless steel side guides for precise board tracking and wear resistance; regulated pressure on pneumatic pusher to avoid board damage; strong, stable design to reduce vibrations or misalignment in use.
