Nutek NTM0501 Inspection Conveyor

The NTM0501 is used as a visual inspection station between SMD machines. It’s designed to allow operators to inspect PCBs in line, ensuring defects are detected early in SMT production.

It comes in multiple size variants:

• 500 mm width conveyor options — including “M” and “L” frame sizes.
• 1000 mm length versions are also available for longer inspection zones.
• Approximate machine dimensions for a large model (e.g. 1000 × 727 × 985 mm) and weight around 80 kg.
• M: max PCB size 330 mm long x 250 mm wide
• L: max PCB size 457 mm long x 407 mm wide

The fixed-point to front dimension (often denoted “X”) is 168 mm. This is the distance from the conveyor’s fixed mounting point to its front edge, which is critical for aligning with upstream/downstream machinery in the SMT line.

The conveyor supports variable speed control. While exact min/max speeds aren’t always detailed, some versions list belt speeds from about 0.5 up to 14 m/min depending on length / configuration.
