Nutek NTM0100 Automatic Loader/Unloader – PCB Conveyor

The NTM0100 is designed to automatically load or unload printed circuit boards (PCBs) between a magazine rack and the production line. It can be used at the start (loader) or end (unloader) of SMT insertion or assembly lines to improve throughput, reduce manual handling, and avoid damage during loading/unloading.

The unit supports magazine racks and includes pneumatic clamps for aligning magazines. It’s engineered for short magazine change-over times, which helps reduce production downtime when switching boards or batches.

It uses regulated pneumatic pusher pressure, along with top & bottom pneumatic clamps for magazine alignment, to gently handle the PCBs. The design also includes a “no PCB break guarantee” during loading/unloading.

Yes, the NTM0100 is SMEMA compatible. This means it can communicate and integrate correctly with upstream and downstream equipment per SMEMA electrical/communication standards, enabling smooth handoff of PCBs between machines in an assembly line.

• Model “M” (Medium) versions: Loaders or Unloaders weigh approx. 180 kg.
• Model “L” (Large) versions: Loaders or Unloaders weigh approx. 250 kg.

• L: max PCB size 457 mm long x 407 mm wide

• Medium size, Loader/Unloader (M): ~ 1870 × 750 × 1330 mm, fixed point to front ~380 mm.
• Large size, Loader/Unloader (L): ~ 2545 × 970 × 1330 mm, fixed point to front ~395 mm.

It has a soft-touch LED membrane control panel making operation intuitive. It includes pneumatic clamps for aligning magazines, regulation of pusher pressure, and sturdy design for reliable continuous operation.

Some considerations:

• The machine is relatively heavy and large, especially the “L” version. Ensure your floor space, layout, and support infrastructure (power, floor loading, access) can accommodate it.
• Magazine change-over, while short, still takes time and may require operator training to do efficiently.
• Limited by the magazine design: alignment, type, and size of PCB magazines will affect compatibility.
