The range includes both horizontal and vertical toggle clamps, both of which are which extremely robust which a heavy gauge of material. The high-quality zinc coating of the toggle clamps and the precise forming of the rivets speak very good quality, providing a very easy motion as its opened and closed. Most importantly, the toggle clamps show no lateral movement when they’re being used.

Features

Supplied hardened steel or stainless steel rivets for fitting pivot points
Rivets maintain accuracy and offer unmatched durability
Features adjustable spindles manufactured with a formed end to arm, to captivate the spindle should it become loose during operation
Two types of base mounting are available;
(1) A short swivel base to allow the toggle clamp to be mounted at an angle relative to the arm and handle
(2) A long straight base to allow the mechanism to be welded directly on to a dedicated jig or fixture
Body and linkage components are made from drop forged high alloy steel for superior strength and rigidity
Pivot pins are manufactured from hardened and ground steel. Main pivot pins run in hardened steel bushes to maintain accuracy and provide a long service life
Chemi-black surface finish resists corrosion
Available in multiple styles and sizes
Built to withstand the toughest welding conditions
Ideal for repetitive production processes including automotive
Designed with a basic toggle clamp mechanism which allows the arm and handle to be welded at the desired position
Manufactured in forged steel with black passivation
Holding forces of up to 2000KG
