The magazines support board widths adjustable from 10 mm up to 390 mm, with maximum board length of 522 mm.
They use 3 mm groove depth in the magazine runner walls, which provides safety in transport and good support for boards without excessive flex.
The 700 Series uses a geared belt for width adjustment, allowing faster and more comfortable width changes. The 600 Series, by contrast, uses a screw clamp method—lower cost but slower to adjust.
Yes—they are stackable (they include stacking locator knobs) and reversible, so you can invert the magazine when handling double-sided assemblies.
A representative magazine has dimensions approximately Height × Width × Depth = 570 × 460 × 535 mm.
Yes—a transport lock may be added to secure PCBs during movement or transport, which helps prevent boards becoming dislodged.
The rack walls are manufactured from conductive material (i.e. electrostatic dissipative), which helps protect PCBs from static damage during handling and storage.
Features include width adjustment (by gear belt on 700 Series), reversible orientation for double-sided boards, and stackable design. These help speed up changeovers, ease handling of different board sizes, and improve repeatability.
